Payment & Refund

Payments for Cantestrim Planning services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on cantestrim.sbs.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from hello@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Qatar norms.
• Saved replies for payment bookings reference this site so history stays on the right ticket at Cantestrim Planning.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact hello@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Doha unless otherwise stated.

Returning visitors can skip the full estate planning education intake when notes are on file and are answered in plain English during Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00. Plain English intake — no generator jargon on the ticket Desk near Shop 177.

Optional estate planning education upgrades are listed separately before you commit and we keep Qatar holiday closures noted on the door card. City regulars know the door note is current.
